CNC Frezer/ CAD CAM Programmeur | 3- tot 5-assig | Heidenhain - Omgeving Eindhoven - 40 uur - Vast CNC Frezer/ CAD CAM Programmeur | 3- tot 5-assig | Heidenhain Als CNC-Frezer werk je aan verschillende producten, in de regel zijn dit proto's of kleine series. In deze rol heb je dagelijks te maken met zeer complexe producten op de grens van de maakbaarheid, welk geproduceerd worden op meerassige bewerkingscentra. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de inrichting van het freesproces en volledig verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering daarvan. Je leest zelfstandig de tekeningen en werkinstructies en stelt zelfstandig de machine in. Vervolgens produceer je de producten en voert de nodige in-proces controles uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de microplanning aan de machine en het efficiënt inzetten van gereedschappen en machines. In het geval van kwaliteitsproblemen doe je een oorzaak analyse en denk je mee in het voorkomen van fouten. Wat breng je mee? Functie-eisen Voor deze rol, waarin het om zeer complexe producten gaat, zoeken we mensen die overzicht kunnen houden, in een team kunnen functioneren en alles willen weten van het bewerkingscentrum waarvoor ze verantwoordelijk zijn. Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau (verkregen door ervaring of opleiding) en gevoel voor precisie en passie voor je vak. Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende: Ruime aantoonbare ervaring als CNC-verspaner in de fijnmechanische industrie; Oplossingsgericht; Ervaring met het gebruik van meetgereedschappen; Goed technisch tekening kunnen lezen; Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; In staat zijn gestructureerd en nauwkeurig te werken; Gereedschappen en machines effectief in kunnen zetten; Teamspeler; Gevoel voor kwaliteit.
