Organisatie Voor een internationale bloemenexporteur in Aalsmeer, actief in meer dan 50 landen, zijn wij, Holland Talent Group, op zoek naar een: COÖRDINATOR FACTURATIE Dynamische werkomgeving | Erg mensgerichte organisatie Functie - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het facturatieteam en zorgt dat facturen, exportdocumenten en administratieve processen correct en soepel verlopen; - Je coördineert en verzorgt transport-, export- en douanedocumenten; - Je stelt facturen op en controleert deze op basis van zendingen, voorschriften en prijsafspraken; - Je maakt de dagplanning en verdeelt de werkzaamheden binnen het team; - Je signaleert knelpunten en draagt bij aan betere processen en samenwerking; - Je stemt af met verkoop, planning, debiteurenbeheer, KCB, douane en KvK; - Je houdt facturatiegegevens, transporttarieven en klantinformatie actueel; - Je lost dagelijkse vragen en ad-hoc situaties op en bewaart overzicht en rust. Wat heb je nodig? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding, bij voorkeur in financiële administratie, en beschikt over mbo-werk- en denkniveau; - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je kunt goed werken met Excel; - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een voordeel; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid; - Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht, leergierig en communicatief sterk; - Je werkt graag samen en wilt jezelf én de afdeling verder ontwikkelen.
