Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en interesse in duurzaamheid help je klanten met vragen over onze producten, zoals zonnepanelen, laadpalen en warmtepompen. Daarnaast ondersteun je het salesteam met administratieve en organisatorische taken, zodat alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat je gaat doen: - Klantencontact: telefonisch beantwoorden van adviesvragen en zorgen voor een warm welkom. - Afspraken plannen: adviesgesprekken inplannen voor onze buitendienstadviseurs. - Commercieel advies: klanten informeren over onze duurzame producten en oplossingen. - Front office beheren: inkomende gesprekken en vragen efficiënt afhandelen. - Ondersteuning bieden: het salesteam helpen bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden en voortgang bewaken.
