Solliciteren Over de functie Als Change- en Configuratiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het changeproces en de verdere professionalisering van configuratiemanagement. Je zorgt ervoor dat IT-wijzigingen gecontroleerd en voorspelbaar worden uitgevoerd, met aandacht voor risico's, afhankelijkheden, kwaliteit en continuïteit. Je rol is zowel procesgericht als operationeel. Je kijkt actief naar welke changes er spelen, wie deze uitvoert en of de gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne IT-teams, management en externe IT-leveranciers. Je neemt de regie, signaleert waar processen of samenwerkingen beter kunnen en spreekt leveranciers aan wanneer prestaties achterblijven bij de gemaakte afspraken. Je creëert overzicht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft kritische vragen te stellen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen operationele vraagstukken en procesverbetering en weet verschillende teams en leveranciers mee te nemen in veranderingen. Daarbij verlies je de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de IT-dienstverlening niet uit het oog.
