Als Contractbeheerder in de gebouwgebonden Installaties krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over technische beheer- en onderhoudscontracten binnen de utiliteit. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen, installaties optimaal functioneren en klanten tevreden blijven. Je werkt met zowel elektrotechnische als werktuigbouwkundige installaties en schakelt dagelijks tussen klant, techniek en commercie. Als Contractbeheerder ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de opdrachtgever en het operationele team. Je houdt grip op de contracten en zorgt ervoor dat techniek, planning, kwaliteit en financiën met elkaar in balans blijven. - optreden als vast aanspreekpunt voor jouw opdrachtgevers; - beheren en bewaken van technische onderhouds- en servicecontracten; - aansturen en ondersteunen van het operationele serviceteam; - bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en contractresultaat; - voeren van operationele en tactische overleggen met klanten; - signaleren van commerciële kansen en aanvullende werkzaamheden; - verbeteren van processen en dienstverlening binnen de contracten. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je hoeft niet zelf dagelijks met gereedschap op locatie te staan, maar je begrijpt wel wat er technisch speelt. Je kunt overzicht houden, communiceert makkelijk met verschillende partijen en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. - hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch; - ervaring met contractbeheer, technisch beheer, service of projectcoördinatie; - affiniteit met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties; - ervaring met klantcontact en het coördineren van werkzaamheden; - financieel en commercieel inzicht; - een gestructureerde, zelfstandige en klantgerichte werkw...
