Our client provides freight solutions that integrate sea, rail, road, and inland waterway transportation, enabling goods to be transported flexibly, reliably, and sustainably across Europe and beyond. With more than 100 rail connections, multiple inland terminals, and specialized industrial transport corridors, the organization supports the movement of general cargo, perishable goods, and high-value freight through efficient multimodal transport networks. Description - Actively support the order acceptance process and manage administrative tasks. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing advice and quickly resolving issues such as refused shipments or cargo damage. - Maintain an efficient carrier portfolio to ensure cost-effective pickup and delivery services. - Consolidate shipments to maximize load capacity while taking customer requirements and regulations into account. - Collaborate closely with carriers to ensure they always have accurate and up-to-date information. - Support the team and manager in achieving objectives and strengthening customer relationships.
