Door de platte organisatiestructuur zijn de lijnen kort en krijg je de mogelijkheid om actief mee te denken over processen en verbeteringen. Functieomschrijving Ben jij een ervaren Conventioneel Draaier / Frezer en werk je graag aan technische maatwerkprojecten? In deze functie in Zoetermeer ga je aan de slag met het bewerken van metalen onderdelen en zorg je voor hoogwaardige eindproducten. Als Conventioneel Draaier / Frezer krijg je de ruimte om jouw vakmanschap in te zetten binnen een stabiele technische werkomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Wat ga je doen? Je start je werkdag in de werkplaats en bekijkt samen met collega's de planning. Vervolgens ga je zelfstandig aan de slag met het bewerken van onderdelen aan conventionele machines. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en technische inzicht zorg je ervoor dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. - Bedienen van conventionele draaibanken en freesbanken - Nauwkeurig bewerken en afwerken van metalen onderdelen - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en maatvoering van geproduceerde onderdelen - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van technische uitdagingen tijdens het productieproces - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de produ...
