Voor onze kliniek in Amsterdam (Boelelaan) zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en zorgvuldige: CSA-medewerker (27 - 36 uur) Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker steriele medische hulpmiddelen ben je een belangrijke spil op de centrale sterilisatieafdeling (CSA) en daarmee essentieel binnen het operatieproces. Jouw grootste uitdaging en verantwoordelijkheid ligt in het reinigen, desinfecteren en steriliseren van medische hulpmiddelen. Jij bent samen met de andere CSA-medewerker dé expert die de centrale sterilisatieafdeling veilig en volgens de juiste protocollen beheerst. Je voert controles uit en stelt de sets samen. Dankzij jouw deskundigheid, ruime ervaring en gestructureerde toewijding zijn de ingeplande chirurgische ingrepen mogelijk. Dat is een flinke verantwoordelijkheid, maar wel één die jij bewust en vol zelfvertrouwen uitvoert. Jouw professionele werk zorgt er bovendien voor dat de medisch specialisten en het OK-team op jouw expertise kunnen bouwen. IJzersterk teamwerk dus. Maar als hecht teamspeler sta je te popelen...
