(verder: OLG) is toonaangevend op het gebied van ontwerpen, produceren en distribueren van tuinhout producten en tuinkassen voor retail partners in de Benelux. Klanten bestaan onder andere uit Doe-het-Zelf winkelbedrijven, tuincentra, ketens met focus op tuin & dier, zelfstandig ondernemers en online spelers. OLG is een seizoenbedrijf. In het voorjaar en de vroege zomer is het topdrukte op de werf. Dagelijks vertrekken tientallen vrachtwagens met goederen richting de winkels van onze klanten én naar consumenten thuis. Productontwikkeling en focus op consument en marktontwikkeling gaan echter het gehele jaar door. OLG is een compact en hands-on bedrijf en heeft ambitieuze groeidoelstellingen. Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER (32-40 uur/week) Wat ga je doen: Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je verwerkt en bewaakt verkooporders, beantwoordt klantvragen en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en problemen snel en correct worden opgelost, telefonisch of per e-mail. Je houdt daarbij het hele orderproces in de gaten: van het verwerken van de order tot en met de levering bij de klant. Zijn er vragen over een levering, moet er iets worden afgestemd met een transporteur of ontstaat er een klacht? Dan pak jij dit op en zorg je samen met de klant en je collega's voor een passende oplossing. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de afdelingen logistiek, verkoop en inkoop. Wat breng je mee? - Je bent commercieel, klantgericht, leergierig, accuraat en geordend. - Je communiceert gemakkelijk en duidelijk en kunt vlot schakelen met klanten, transporteurs en collega's. - Je kunt goed omgaan met Microsoft Offi...
