Customer Service Medewerker 32 - 38 uur per week Tussen €2.650 en €3.100 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als Customer Service Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat klanten, orders en interne processen perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bewaakt de voortgang van bestellingen en ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen met administratieve en operationele werkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid weet je snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail; - Verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van orders; - Bewaken van levertijden en informeren van klanten over de voortgang; - Opstellen en verwerken van export- en transportdocumentatie; - Onderhouden van product- en klantgegevens in verschillende systemen; - Samenwerken met collega's van logistiek, planning, sales en productie; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan efficiëntere werkprocessen. Functie-eisen Jij houdt ervan om zaken goed te organiseren en bent pas tevreden wanneer alles klopt. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende mensen en weet hoofd- van bijzaken te onderscheiden.Daarnaast beschik je over: - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in een administratieve, commerciële of klantgerichte functie; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Ervaring met Microsoft Office...
