Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en de operatie. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze nationale en internationale klanten, verwerkt transportopdrachten en schakelt gedurende de dag veel met de planning en andere collega's. Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Dan wacht je niet af, maar kijk je samen met je collega's naar wat er wél mogelijk is. Standplaats: Poeldijk Dienstverband: Fulltime (40 uur) TVB Transport Welkom bij TVB! Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in geconditioneerd transport en vervoeren producten met temperaturen tussen de -20 en +20 graden. Onze grootste focus ligt op het nationaal transport van groente en fruit. Daarnaast blijven we onze dienstverlening uitbreiden met onder andere groepage, containertransport en koeriersdiensten. We zijn een nuchter transportbedrijf met korte lijnen en een team dat gewend is om snel te schakelen. Tegelijkertijd zijn we volop in ontwikkeling. We willen blijven groeien, professionaliseren en vernieuwen. Daarbij geloven we in proberen, verbeteren en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. We doen het goed of we doen het niet. Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn en dat de juiste informatie op het juiste moment bij onze operatie terechtkomt.
