Je werkt binnen het team Cure & Leisure en hebt iedere dag contact met klanten uit onder andere ziekenhuizen en vakantieparken. Gedurende de dag komen verschillende vragen bij je binnen via telefoon en e-mail. De ene klant wil weten wanneer het nieuwe bedlinnen wordt geleverd, terwijl een andere klant een bestelling wil aanpassen. Jij zoekt de juiste informatie erbij, verwerkt wijzigingen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet waar hij of zij aan toe is. Daarnaast ondersteun je het volledige orderproces en houd je de bijbehorende administratie zorgvuldig bij. Je controleert bestellingen, verwerkt mutaties en houdt informatie over leveringen en voorraden goed in de gaten. Hiervoor schakel je regelmatig met verschillende interne afdelingen. Ook wanneer de telefoon vaak gaat en de mailbox zich vult, weet jij prioriteiten te stellen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en denkt actief mee over hoe klanten zo goed mogelijk geholpen kunnen worden. Zo zorg jij er iedere dag voor dat alles soepel verloopt.
