Je bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt en zorgt dat zij zich gehoord en goed ondersteund voelen. Je onderhoudt proactief contact en helpt klanten om onze oplossingen succesvol in te zetten. Vanuit je kennis van de klant herken je daarnaast mogelijkheden om het gebruik van het platform uit te breiden. De ervaringen van klanten neem je mee in gesprekken met collega's; jij bent de stem van de klant. Je werkt in een team met andere Customer Success Managers en samen zorgen jullie dat alle klanten de aandacht krijgen die ze nodig hebben.
