Dan is deze baan perfect voor jou! Als Data Entry Medewerker in de buurt van Utrecht help je ons team door alle administratie goed bij te houden en in het systeem te zetten. Je hoeft echt niet direct alles te kunnen: wij leggen je stap voor stap uit hoe onze computerprogramma's werken. Zo leer je snel hoe je bestellingen invoert en alles netjes verwerkt. Je werkt in een gezellig team waar altijd iemand klaarstaat om je te helpen. Wat ga je doen? - Bestellingen en klantgegevens invoeren in de computer; - Mailtjes beantwoorden en de administratie op orde houden; - Controleren of alle gegevens in het systeem wel kloppen; - Hulp bieden aan collega's als zij administratieve klusjes hebben; - Werken met bekende programma's zoals Excel en Outlook; - Zorgen dat dossiers en bestanden compleet zijn. Wie ben jij? Je werkt heel netjes en vindt het leuk om achter de computer te zitten. Je bent betrouwbaar, een fijne collega en leert graag nieuwe dingen. Heb je een vraag? Dan durf je die gewoon te stellen. Verder ben je een echte aanpakker die het fijn vindt als alles op kantoor op rolletjes loopt.
