Best Western Amsterdam zoekt een hands-on, all-round Duty manager.Wat ga je doen?Als Duty manager ben jij de spin in het web van de operationele organisatie. Je ondersteunt de afdelingen Front Office en F&B. De Duty manager is eindverantwoordelijke binnen het hotel op het moment dat de Hotel Manager niet aanwezig is. Tijdens het uitvoeren van deze functie kom je de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden tegen: • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten met eventuele vragen of problemen • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de Standard Operating Procedures • Je coördineert en geeft aanwijzingen t.b.v. werkzaamheden en instructies • Je signaleert en rapporteert mogelijke verbeteringen in werkmethoden en procedures • Je ondersteunt de front-office, de F&B afdeling en indien nodig ook andere afdelingenWat bieden wij jou? • Een inspirerende locatie en werkomgeving waarbij je de mogelijkheid krijgt jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen jou rol • Prima secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals reiskostenvergoeding volgens de bij ons geldende regels, parkeermogelijkheid en met korting overnachten bij BW hotels wereldwijd; • Na het doorlopen van de proeftijd bieden we je een overnachting voor twee personen inclusief ontbijt in het hotel waar je werkzaam bent.

Functie-eisen: Wat neem jij mee? • Werkervaring in de hotelerie • Gastgericht en gastvriendelijk • Goede beheersing van in elk geval de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal. Bij voorkeur nog een extra taal. • Stressbestendig • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken • Oplossings gerecht • Kennis van een hotel reserveringssysteem is een pre.Mocht je niet over alle gewenste eisen beschikken, schroom niet om te reageren.
