Omschrijving Als engineer plaatwerk ontwerp en detailleer je complexe plaatwerkconstructies - van 3D-model tot productieklare bestanden. Je houdt daarbij altijd rekening met toleranties en denkt actief mee over de maakbaarheid van de producten. In deze functie ben je de verbindende schakel tussen ontwerp, productie en sales. Alles wat jij ontwerpt moet niet alleen kloppen op papier, maar vooral ook in de praktijk. Verder ga je: - eigen gereedschappen ontwerpen en uitwerken, zoals las-, frees- en montagemallen; - aanpassingen en optimalisaties doorvoeren aan bestaande producten en tools; - 3D-bestanden aanleveren voor de digitale werkvoorbereiding, bijvoorbeeld voor het programmeren van lasrobots of meetmachines; - digitale, interactieve werkinstructies maken voor de productie; - de productie en sales ondersteunen met jouw technische kennis. Hier herken jij jezelf in Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting WTB. Je hebt ervaring met plaatwerk en affiniteit met bijbehorende productietechnieken. Vaardigheden in SolidWorks en kennis van ISO GPS zijn een pre. Je bent zelfstandig in materiaalkeuze, toleranties en ontwerpconcepten. Daarnaast beheers je de Engelse taal goed.
