Vertaal concepten naar realiseerbare plannen en begeleid projecten van eerste schets tot oplevering. De functie Als projectleider/ontwerper facilitaire horeca vertaal je food- en hospitalityconcepten naar functionele inrichtingsplannen en technisch uitvoerbare ontwerpen. Je werkt aan restaurants, koffiecorners, uitgiftes en grootkeukens voor organisaties in leren, werken, vrije tijd en zorg. Binnen ons team Concepts & Design zijn we op zoek naar een leergierige of ervaren projectleider en ontwerper. In deze functie ben je betrokken vanaf een eerste idee naar een ontwerp, om uiteindelijk via gedegen projectleiding te zorgen voor een werkend eindresultaat. Je neemt daarin actief deel aan ontwerpsessies met opdrachtgevers, ook in het Engels, werkt ontwerpen uit en begeleidt plannen richting realisatie. Als medior krijg je ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in projectleiding. Je werkt nauw samen met conceptontwikkelaars, interieurontwerpers en technisch adviseurs, met oog voor gastbeleving, werkprocessen, duurzaamheid en budget. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je neemt als projetleider actief deel aan ontwerpsessies met opdrachtgevers, in het Nederlands en Engels, en vertaalt concepten en gebruikersbehoeften naar indelingen, routing en schetsontwerpen voor gastgebieden, uitgiftes, keukens en logistiek. - Je coördineert jouw projecten en bewaakt scope, planning, budget en kwaliteit, in afstemming met opdrachtgevers, architecten, installatieadviseurs en leveranciers. - Je begeleidt de uitvoering, controleert of deze aansluit op het ontwerp en de afspraken en ondersteunt bij oplevering en ingebruikname. - Je werkt ontwerpen uit tot definitieve en technische tekeningen in AutoCAD, bij voorkeur ook in Revit/BIM, en stemt apparatuur, maatvoerin...
