Als Field Sales Engineer ben je veel op pad en adviseer je onze klanten met lef over ons brede totaalaanbod: van producten en service tot maatwerkoplossingen. Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties op, beheert belangrijke accounts en draagt actief bij aan verdere groei. Vooral jouw technische affiniteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en klantgerichte aanpak maken het verschil. Het is een pluspunt wanneer je enige ervaring hebt met perslucht-, afsluiter-, meet- en regel-, pomp-, seal- of procestechniek. - Opleidingsbudget voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Inclusief intern trainingstraject. - Smartphone, leaseauto en laptop. - Bij goede prestaties ontvang je na je eerste contract direct een vast contract. - Salaris is in overleg en op basis van jouw kennis, ervaring en ambitie. - Cao met extra's, zoals: eindejaarbonus, extra verlofsparen of bijkopen (standaard ca. 27 verlofdagen), vitaliteitsbudget, pensioenregeling. Maar ook is er fruit voor het personeel en hebben we een Pensioen Inzicht-regeling. - Informele, toegankelijke werksfeer waar plek is voor gezelligheid. Zoals de zomer-BBQ of kerstbrunch. We zijn dan ook een familiebedrijf met familiegevoel. - Flexibele werktijden van maandag t/m vrijdag van 07:30-09:00 uur tot 16:00-17:30 uur. - Toonaangevende klantenkring gelegen in het rayon Noordoost Nederland, primair bestaande uit de provincies Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Flevoland en Overijssel.
