Functieomschrijving In deze rol zorg je dat de financiële administratie van jouw VvE's soepel en betrouwbaar loopt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor; je schakelt veel met collega's en bestuurders. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren van je eigen VvE-administraties - Het opstellen en bewaken van jaarrekeningen en begrotingen - Het inzichtelijk maken van (stook)kosten en financiële overzichten - Het beantwoorden van vragen van bestuurders en collega's - Het regelen van bankzaken en het beheren van reserves - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en meewerken aan slimmere processen Je schakelt makkelijk tussen detail en overzicht: van een factuur die niet klopt tot een jaarrekening die op tijd af moet. Een leuke fulltime functie (32 uur per week is ook bespreekbaar) in Naarden. Functie-eisen Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook oog heeft voor hoe dingen beter kunnen. Je communiceert makkelijk en snapt dat cijfers pas echt waarde krijgen als ze duidelijk zijn voor anderen.
