Jouw impact als Fiscalist Als ervaren Fiscalist ben jij de sparringpartner voor agrarische ondernemers. Je begeleidt hen bij groei, herstructureringen en bedrijfsoverdrachten en adviseert over complexe fiscale vraagstukken. Je signaleert kansen, biedt oplossingen en maakt écht het verschil voor onze klanten. Daarnaast ben je een vraagbaak voor collega's en draag je bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team. Je houdt de ontwikkelingen in de markt scherp in de gaten en werkt nauw samen met de Ondernemersadviseur en andere specialisten. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Adviseren van agrarische ondernemers over fiscale en strategische vraagstukken - Beoordelen van fiscale aangiften en begeleiden van collega's op fiscaal vlak - Signaleren van advieskansen en opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken met klanten - Ondersteunen van belastingcontroles en onderhouden van contact met de Belastingdienst - Organiseren van workshops of presentaties voor klanten over fiscale actualiteiten Wat breng jij mee? Je bent klantgericht, adviesvaardig en proactief. Je schakelt makkelijk met klanten en collega's en bouwt actief aan een netwerk binnen de agrarische sector. Verder breng je mee: - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een fiscale richting (bijv. Fiscale Economie of Fiscaal Recht) - Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring als Fiscalist - Minimaal beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week - Communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en oog voor kwaliteit - Stevig in je schoenen en een prettige gesprekspartner - Bereidheid ...
