Dan is deze stage jou op het lijf geschreven!Het ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy is op zoek naar een hands-on Front Office Trainee die onderdeel uitmaakt van ons front office team. Tijdens jouw stage word je begeleid door een van onze Leermeesters.Het hotel heeft 250 kamers en is gelegen in het ‘Hart van Zuid', op steenworp afstand Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Center en Zuidplein. Het restaurant en terras met uitzicht over het zuiderpark wordt de Italian hotspot van Rotterdam-zuid met vers bereide Napolitaanse Zuurdesem Pizza's en Italian inspired cocktails.Samen met het team doe je er alles aan om er voor te zorgen dat de gastenbeleving van aankomst tot vertrek optimaal is. In alles wat je doet stel je het menselijk oogpunt centraal. We vinden het leuk om jou kennis te laten maken ons hotel en er samen een leerzame periode van te maken.

Functie-eisen: FunctieomschrijvingTijdens jouw stage zal je de onderstaande taken kunnen verwachten • Check-in & check-out verzorgen van hotelgasten (cashless hotel); • Beantwoorden van e-mails, telefoons, verzoeken en/of vragen van hotelgasten; • Bij een melding van een klacht weet je de gast goed te woord te staan en haal je de shiftleader erbij; • Bevorderen van upselling zoals early check-in/Late check-out/Room upgrades; • Leveren van een optimale service van aankomst van de gast tot en met het vertrek; • Je bent de spil in het web en communiceert meermaals per shift met je collega's van Housekeeping, F&B, Technische dienst en het management; • Overige administratieve taken eigen aan de receptie.Wat bieden wij? • Een dynamische werkomgeving in het ‘ Hart van Zuid'; • Een stagevergoeding van 750 EURO; • Personeelsevenementen; • Uitstekende internationale carrière- en training mogelijkheden; • De mogelijkheid om te
