Jouw nieuwe baan - Als lid van ons betrokken en professioneel team zorg jij ervoor dat bewoners het beste uit hun dag kunnen halen. Jij: - Biedt zorg en begeleiding op maat, afgestemd op het zorgplan. - Ondersteunt bij medicatie en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag. - Onderneemt actie waar nodig en rapporteert nauwkeurig. - Neemt actief deel aan klinische lessen, cliëntbesprekingen, casuïstiek en gedragsvisites. - Werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband, altijd met oog voor de bewoner en kwaliteit van zorg. Neemt (optioneel) coördinerende taken op en zorgt voor een goede procesinrichting en helpt mee om de kwaliteit en kennis in je team te vergroten. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met de Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde en Unitmanager. Met jouw oplossingsgerichte houding en toewijding draag je bij aan een omgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig, gerespecteerd en thuis voelen. Wat neem je mee? Jij hebt een hart voor zorg en wilt graag dat stapje extra zetten voor onze bewoners. Daarnaast beschik je over het diploma verpleegkundige (hbo) en ben je BIG-geregistreerd.
