Functieomschrijving Een gemiddelde dag als intercedent is veelzijdig en uitdagend waarbij je zal zien dat je elke dag leert. In deze rol ben je enerzijds een bemiddelaar maar ook betrokken bij je flexmedewerkers. We starten elke dag met een dagstart waarin de doelen van die dag bepaald worden. We nemen de vacatures door en bepalen samen welke acties je gaat uitzetten om de ideale kandidaat te vinden. Daarbij voer je intake gesprekken en zorg je er voor dat deze worden voorgesteld bij opdrachtgevers. Je hebt goed contact met onze (potentiële) flexkrachten en opdrachtgevers en houdt hen op de hoogte van wat je doet en wat de status is.
