Als Junior Adviseur Duurzaamheid en Circulariteit Breda werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen voor duurzaam bouwen. Je ontwikkelt jezelf binnen een vakgebied waarin circulariteit, energie en materiaalgebruik steeds belangrijker worden. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Adviseur Duurzaamheid en Circulariteit werk je in de regio Breda aan verschillende projecten binnen de gebouwde omgeving. Je ondersteunt bij vraagstukken rondom circulariteit en duurzaam materiaalgebruik. Je voert milieuprestatieberekeningen uit, onderzoekt circulaire oplossingen voor nieuwbouw en renovatie en werkt mee aan BREEAM certificeringen. Je analyseert bouwprojecten en brengt kansen voor verduurzaming en CO₂ reductie in kaart. Daarbij vertaal je duurzaamheidsambities naar praktische en duidelijke adviezen. Je houdt je bezig met thema's zoals energie, gezondheid, biodiversiteit en klimaatadaptatie en ondersteunt bij workshops en het opstellen van afwegingskaders voor opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast volg je ontwikkelingen op het gebied van duurzaam bouwen en circulariteit. Onderwerpen zoals materiaalhergebruik, urban mining en milieuprestaties spelen hierin een belangrijke rol. Zo bouw je brede kennis op en ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot specialist op het gebied van duurzaamheid en circulariteit.
