Je werkt aan de planning, voortgang en coördinatie, terwijl je schakelt met verschillende afdelingen. Je signaleert risico's en houdt overzicht in processen en projectadministratie. Een rol waarin je snel groeit richting zelfstandig projectmanagement. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol werk je aan het plannen, bewaken en rapporteren van technische projecten. Je ondersteunt bij projectadministratie, zoals document control, voortgangsrapportages en het volgen van projectstappen. Ook coördineer je acties binnen het projectteam en zorg je dat taken op tijd worden opgepakt en afgerond. Je signaleert risico's, knelpunten en afwijkingen in planning, budget en voortgang en bespreekt deze met de Project Manager. Daarnaast onderhoud je interne contacten met verschillende afdelingen en heb je onder begeleiding contact met klanten. Je werkt volgens vaste projectmanagementmethodieken en maakt gebruik van tools voor planning en voortgangsbewaking. Denk aan het opstellen van planningen, het bijhouden van KPI's en het ondersteunen bij statusupdates. Ook help je bij het verbeteren van processen en het optimaliseren van projectresultaten. Je krijgt de kans om het vak projectmanagement in de praktijk te leren en door te groeien naar een zelfstandige rol.
