Iemand die wil leren, wil creëren en samen met onze Head Chef wil bouwen aan een culinair concept dat steeds sterker wordt.Jouw rolAls Junior Sous-chef ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de Head Chef en het keukenteam. Je ondersteunt in de dagelijkse operatie, denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en krijgt de ruimte om je eigen stijl en ideeën in te brengen. Je werkt in een open keuken, waar jouw energie en persoonlijkheid direct bijdragen aan de gastbeleving.

Functie-eisen: Wat je gaat doen • Je kookt met passie en zorgt dat elk gerecht onze kwaliteit weerspiegelt • Je ondersteunt de Head Chef bij menuontwikkeling, conceptcreatie en optimalisaties • Je bewaakt de voedselveiligheid volgens HACCP-richtlijnen • Je coacht collega's tijdens drukke momenten en helpt het team groeien • Je helpt bij bestellingen, voorraadbeheer en het organiseren van de keuken • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte, gastgerichte en inspirerende keukenoperatieWie jij bentWe zoeken een Junior Sous-chef die barst van de ambitie. Je hebt al ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok en bent klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
