Voor een gevestigd juridisch kantoor in Renkum zijn wij op zoek naar een Juridisch Secretaresse . In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je advocaten en juristen bij het beheren van dossiers, het verwerken van juridische stukken en het bewaken van belangrijke deadlines. Aanbod van het kantoor - Salaris tussen € 2.850,- en € 3.900,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 28 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband; - Een werkweek van 24 tot 40 uur, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een prettige werkplek die goed bereikbaar is vanuit de regio Renkum; - Ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen; - Aandacht voor een goede balans tussen werk en privé; - Regelmatig teamuitjes en evenementen. Jouw taken - Beheren en bijhouden van juridische dossiers, contracten en processtukken; - Opstellen en verwerken van correspondentie voor advocaten en juristen; - Bewaken van termijnen binnen bezwaarprocedures en andere juridische trajecten; - Ontvangen van cliënten en ondersteunen bij de administratie rondom juridische advisering; - Afspraken inplannen en agenda's van advocaten en juristen beheren; - Plannen en organiseren van besprekingen binnen het kantoor. Jouw kwaliteiten - Je beschikt over een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting secretariaat, juridisch of administratief; - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Juridisch Secretaresse; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie; - Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van correspondentie, dossiervorming en juridisc...
