Met Netpoint Factoring nemen wij zorgverleners administratieve en financiële werkzaamheden uit handen. Zo kunnen zij zich richten op wat écht belangrijk is: het verlenen van goede zorg. Vanuit ons kantoor in Waalwijk werken wij dagelijks met een enthousiast team aan een professionele en persoonlijke dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen als Klantenservice Medewerker Telefonie? Als Klantenservice Medewerker Telefonie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten van verschillende zorgpraktijken, waaronder tandartsen en orthodontisten. Je helpt patiënten telefonisch en per e-mail met vragen over facturen, betalingen en administratieve zaken. Daarbij zorg je voor een vriendelijke, duidelijke en correcte afhandeling. Naast klantcontact voer je diverse administratieve werkzaamheden uit. Dat maakt deze functie afwisselend en veelzijdig. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails van patiënten. - Helpen bij vragen over facture...
