Op deze manier draag jij direct bij aan betere jeugdzorg! Wat is jouw rol? Als kwaliteitsadviseur werk je dicht op de praktijk. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dit vraagt flexibiliteit en organisatievermogen. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet ook in hectische situaties rustig te communiceren met alle betrokkenen. Je ondersteunt teams en leidinggevenden bij het borgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg. Je zorgt ervoor dat wat we belangrijk vinden, ook daadwerkelijk zichtbaar is in ons dagelijks handelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het coördineren en doorontwikkelen van ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (KMS); - het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en incidentonderzoeken (o.a. PRISMA); - het begeleiden van verbetertrajecten naar aanleiding van audits, evaluaties en tevredenheidsonderzoeken; - het adviseren van teams en leidinggevenden over kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu verbeteren; - het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor één of meerdere locaties/regio's. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de zorg en stafdiensten en weet goed de verbinding te leggen tussen beleid en praktijk. Wie zoeken wij Je bent een stevige en benaderbare adviseur met oog voor zowel de inhoud als de mensen met wie je werkt. Je beweegt makkelijk binnen de organisatie en weet anderen mee te nemen in veranderingen en verbeteringen. Jij: - hebt een relevant hbo-diploma; - hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als kwaliteitsadviseur in de zorg; - hebt kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving; - hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met jeugdzorg of jeugd-ggz; - bent proactief, analytisch en samenwerkingsgericht; - communiceert helder en weet complexe zaken begrijpelijk te maken; - werkt zelfstandig...
