Dagelijks op pad met steigers, schuurmachines en verfrollers voor schilderwerk en onderhoud aan vastgoed. We schuren, ontvetten, gronden, lakken af en doen houtrotreparaties. Kleine herstelwerkzaamheden aan kozijnen, deuren en gevels horen erbij. Onze projecten lopen uiteen van kantoorpanden tot appartementencomplexen en scholen die een opknapbeurt krijgen. Op de werkvloer werk je in een vast koppel. Overleg op locatie en samen aanpakken als iets tegenzit hoort erbij. Hier op de werkvloer weet je: een kwast doet wat je wilt, een collega niet altijd. Zo leer je elke dag hoe vastgoedonderhoud, herstelwerkzaamheden en aflakken écht werkt. De Baan Bij ons loop je als leerling schilder altijd samen met een vaste collega. Zo leer je het vak echt van de praktijk en hoef je nooit alleen aan de slag. De dag begint met voorbereiden van de klus, zoals schuren, houtrotreparaties, gaten vullen of glas zetten. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het schilderwerk en het onderhoud van bestaand schilderwerk. Onderweg kom je ook herstelwerkzaamheden tegen, waardoor elke dag anders en leerzaam is. Wij zijn een erkend leerbedrijf en bieden starters de optie om een bbl opleiding te volgen, maar je kunt ook volledig in de praktijk leren, helemaal wat je wilt. En soms gaat er iets mis, bijvoorbeeld als de klant een kop koffie op je net geschilderde vensterbank zet, daar leer je alleen maar van. Bij ons doe je ervaring op met alle kanten van schilderwerk en onderhoud, krijg je verantwoordelijkheid en werk je in een gezellig en betrokken team. Functie E...
