Functieomschrijving: Als lijnoperator in de 2-ploegendienst bewaak jij het productieproces. Jij houdt toezicht op de machines. Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving voor iedereen. Ook stuur jij collega's aan en help je hen waar nodig.

In het begin leer je alle afdelingen en apparatuur goed kennen. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse doelen en grijpt in bij storingen. Ook voer je zelfstandig onderhoud uit aan de lijnen. Het ombouwen en nauwkeurig instellen van de apparatuur hoort bij jouw taken. Tot slot controleer je de kwaliteit van de producten volgens de strenge regels voor voedselveiligheid. Zo draag jij elke dag bij aan een perfect resultaat.
