Je werkt in een vast 2-ploegenrooster en ontvangt een aantrekkelijk salaris tot €26,97 bruto per uur! Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben jij het middelpunt van de productieomgeving in onze toastfabriek in Dordrecht. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de werkvloer en het behalen van de productiedoelstellingen volgens de voorgeschreven receptuur. Je geeft leiding aan een ploeg die bestaat uit vaste medewerkers en uitzendkrachten. Door een goede samenwerking met onze operators en inpakmedewerkers zorg je ervoor dat de machines blijven draaien en dat er een prettige sfeer hangt op de werkvloer. Door overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen zorg je ervoor dat de materialen klaar staan en er efficiënt geproduceerd kan worden. Indien nodig werk je mee aan de lijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig - Het aansturen van je team (ongeveer 10 personen, zowel Nederlands- als Engelstalig) - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen - Toezien op naleving van HACCP-, bedrijfs- en veiligheidsvoorschriften - Controleren van bijvoorbeeld productieregistraties - Begeleiden, coachen en motiveren van jouw team zodat iedereen met plezier werkt. We zoeken iemand die aantoonbare ervaring heeft op het gebied van proces- of levensmiddelentechnologie. Daarnaast heb je eerder leiding gegeven. In deze functie zien we graag dat je sterk in je schoenen staat, maar ook dat je kunt luisteren om jouw team een prettige werkomgeving te bieden. ...
