WAT GA JIJ DOEN? Als Logistiek Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle interne en externe logistieke activiteiten van Sunware. Je organiseert, stuurt en verbetert de goederen-, opslag- en transportstromen, zodat ze efficiënt, betrouwbaar en kostenbewust verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van al onze magazijnlocaties. Dat zijn de vestigingen in Tilburg en Waalwijk en eventuele toekomstige distributie- en opslaglocaties. Je rapporteert aan de Operationeel Manager en geeft direct leiding aan de logistiek planners, de logistiek analist en de warehouse medewerkers in Tilburg. EEN GREEP UIT JOUW DAGELIJKSE WERKZAAMHEDEN - Je ontwikkelt de logistieke strategie, voert die in en bewaakt die, gericht op professionalisering, schaalbaarheid en groei. - Je stelt de logistieke KPI's vast, bewaakt ze en stuurt tijdig bij als er afwijkingen of knelpunten ontstaan. - Je maakt de capaciteitsplanning en zet mensen en middelen goed in, zowel eigen en ingehuurde medewerkers als externe logistieke partners. - Je ontwikkelt het voorraadbeleid en bewaakt voorraadniveaus, voorraadbetrouwbaarheid en beschikbaa...
