The posting

Voor een technisch productiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde Machinebediende voor de 2-ploegendienst. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van moderne productiemachines en zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.Je werkt in een gestructureerde productieomgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit belangrijk zijn. Je houdt de machines goed in de gaten, voert controles uit en werkt samen met collega's en de technische dienst om eventuele storingen of afwijkingen snel op te lossen.

Functieomschrijving: Wat ga je doen als Machinebediende? • Bedienen, starten en stoppen van productiemachines en bijbehorende installaties. • Controleren of de machines correct functioneren tijdens het productieproces. • Bewaken van de productkwaliteit en uitvoeren van controles. • Controleren van maat, vorm, dikte en eventuele beschadigingen of afwijkingen. • Producten controleren, stapelen en markeren volgens de geldende werkwijze. • Wisselen van matrijzen en uitvoeren van eenvoudige werkzaamheden aan de machine. • Signaleren van storingen en afwijkingen en deze melden aan de teamleider of technische dienst. • Verwerken en bijhouden van productiedata. • Schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek. • Sorteren en apart zetten van producten die niet aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen. • Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen.

Functievereisten: Wat vragen wij van jou als Machinebediende? • MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau. • Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met machines en productie. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. • Basis computervaardigheden. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een teamspeler. • Bereidheid om te werken in de 2-ploegendienst: 05:00–13:45 en 13:45–21:30 uur. • In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid om dit te behalen. • Ervaring in een produc
