Omschrijving Voor een opdrachtgever in Drachten zijn wij op zoek naar een Machineoperator. In deze functie werk je met moderne, computergestuurde productiemachines en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goed verloop van het productieproces. Je stelt de machine in, houdt de kwaliteit in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer er een storing ontstaat. Ben jij technisch ingesteld, werk je graag zelfstandig en wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen als operator? Dan is dit een mooie kans binnen een moderne productieomgeving! Wat bieden wij? • Salaris: € 16,27 - € 19,89 bruto per uur • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Metaal en Techniek • Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in de 3-ploegendienst • Werktijden: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00 uur • Mogelijkheid om opleidingen voor de bovenloopkraan en heftruck te volgen • Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je werk • Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de techniek • Serieuze kans op een vast contract bij de opdrachtgever Wat ga je doen als Machineoperator? • Instellen, bedienen en controleren van computergestuurde productiemachines. • Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig. • Opsporen en oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen. • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de machines. • Controleren van geproduceerde materialen en bewaken van de kwaliteit. • Bevoorraden van de machines en vervangen van rollen. • Inbinden van gereed product en ondersteunen bij het laden en lossen. Wat vragen wij? • MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. • Ervaring met computergestuurde machines is gewenst. • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om kleine storingen zelfstandig op te lossen. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen machine en productieproces. • Bereidheid om fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. • Woonachtig in Drachten, Leeuwarden, Heerenveen of omgeving.
