Een goede financiële administratie is van groot belang om sturing te geven aan inhoudelijke opgaven van onze gemeente. De vraagstukken worden steeds complexer. Eén van onze opgaven is het bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige financiële informatievoorziening en bedrijfsadministratie die klaar is voor de ontwikkelingen van morgen. We zoeken daarvoor een manager financiële informatie services die samen met de manager bedrijfsadministratie richting geeft aan de verdere doorontwikkeling van de beide bureaus. Daarbij werken we vanuit vakmanschap, samenwerking, oplossingsgerichtheid en nauwkeurigheid. Met goede financiële informatie kunnen we als gemeente onderbouwde keuzes maken en gericht sturen op onze maatschappelijke opgaven. Jouw werk als manager binnen de afdeling Financiën draagt daar direct aan bij. Je verbindt mensen, processen en technologie en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële functie blijft aansluiten bij wat de organisatie en de stad nodig hebben. Wat ga je doen? Als manager Financiële Informatie Services geef je richting aan de verdere professionalisering en digitalisering van de financiële functie van Nijmegen. Je zorgt dat financiële processen en informatievoorziening betrouwbaar, effectief en toekomstgericht zijn. Tegelijkertijd bouw je aan een team waarin mensen zich ontwikkelen, eigenaarschap nemen en met plezier werken aan goede resultaten.
