Ongeveer 90% van onze medewerkers heeft een ondersteuningsvraag. Zij werken in onze eigen werkbedrijven of zijn gedetacheerd bij externe werkgevers. Daarnaast begeleiden we mensen bij hun stap naar de arbeidsmarkt. Onze werkbedrijven zetten we in als leeromgeving, want werken leer je door te werken! Daarom combineren we dagelijks goed werk met persoonlijke aandacht en passende begeleiding. Wij zoeken voor ons schoonmaakbedrijf: manager Unit Schoonmaak, 32-36 uur per week Wat ga jij doen? Als Manager Schoonmaak ben je verantwoordelijk voor ons schoonmaakbedrijf met een bijzondere maatschappelijke opdracht. Je zorgt voor tevreden klanten, een gezonde bedrijfsvoering én een werkomgeving waarin ca. 100 medewerkers met een ondersteuningsvraag zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Je kent de professionele schoonmaakbranche en weet wat nodig is om meerdere locaties, klantcontracten en teams goed te organiseren. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, planning, personeelsinzet, veiligheid, productiviteit en rendement. Je houdt zicht op de dagelijkse uitvoering, maar kijkt ook vooruit en ontwikkelt een heldere koers voor het schoonmaakbedrijf. Je geeft direct leiding aan rayonleiders en indirect aan de voorlieden. Je helpt hen om hun teams duidelijk en mensgericht aan te sturen. Je zorgt voor heldere werkprocessen en maakt keuzes wanneer de belangen van medewerkers, klanten en bedrijfsvoering niet vanzelf samenvallen. Daarnaast onderhoud je relaties met bestaande klanten en benut je kansen in de markt. Je bent betrokken bij offertes, calculaties en aanbestedingen en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en financiële resultaten. Zo zorg je ervoor dat het schoonmaakbedrijf maatschappelijk én bedrijfsm...
