Voor een mooi familiebedrijf in Bergen op Zoom zoeken wij een ervaren Medewerker Expeditie & Logistiek. In deze functie combineer je logistieke administratie, transportvoorbereiding en planning met het echte werk op de expeditie. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, expeditie en transport. Je zorgt dat orders compleet en op tijd klaarstaan, transporten goed zijn voorbereid en vrachtwagens correct worden geladen. Kortom: jij zorgt dat de goederenstroom blijft lopen. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Medewerker Expeditie & Logistiek werk je op de logistieke afdeling en schakel je tussen kantoor en expeditie. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: • Opstellen van verzendlijsten, pakbonnen en CMR-documenten • Voorbereiden en coördineren van uitgaande transporten • Bewaken van levertijden en transportafspraken • Contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, transporteurs en collega's • Verwerken van logistieke administratie in de systemen • Actueel houden van voorraadgegevens en uitvoeren van voorraadcorrecties • Controleren of orders compleet en correct klaarstaan • Inpakken en verzendklaar maken van orders • Controleren van aantallen en producten voor verzending • Laden van de eigen vrachtwagen volgens de verzendlijsten en transportafspraken • Signaleren en oplossen van logistieke knelpunten • Meewerken op de expeditie wanneer dat nodig is Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met plannen en administratie.
