Dat maakt ons een compact en hecht team: iedereen kent elkaar en we weten wat we aan elkaar hebben. Bij ons draait alles om productie en continuïteit. De machines moeten draaien en de processen moeten lopen. Daarom is technische dienst bij ons van groot belang. Je werkt in een omgeving met korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en een praktische aanpak. We doen liever iets meteen goed dan dat we het eindeloos uitstellen. We nemen veiligheid serieus, maar we houden ook van een goede sfeer. We zijn geen bedrijf dat alles "formeel" doet: als er iets kapot gaat, pakken we het aan en lossen we het op. En ja, er is altijd ruimte voor een grapje - vooral als iemand zegt dat een klus "maar een uurtje" duurt en het uiteindelijk toch een paar uur wordt. De Baan Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben jij onze "machine-fluisteraar". Je zorgt ervoor dat alles blijft draaien, ook als een machine besluit een eigen willetje te krijgen. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, verhelpt storingen en doet kleine verbeteringen zodat we continu kunnen optimaliseren. Wanneer er een storing is, ga jij er met plezier op af: je vindt de oorzaak, repareert en zorgt dat alles weer soepel loopt. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan altijd voorop, want een goede monteur is een slimme monteur. En ja, we kennen allemaal het technische dienst-wet: "Als je denkt dat je alles hebt gecontroleerd, dan zit het pas écht in de laatste schroef."
