Geen afwachter, maar iemand die eerst zelf nadenkt, verbanden ziet en zaken graag goed afrondt. Dit ga je doen Je werkt op het snijvlak van Verkoop en Finance. Twee verschillende werelden die in de praktijk continu met elkaar verbonden zijn. Jij zorgt samen met je collega's dat de administratie klopt en dat het proces rondom een verkochte auto soepel doorloopt. Finance - Je verwerkt inkoopfacturen en boekt deze op de juiste grootboekrekeningen. - Je bewaakt de debiteurenadministratie en verstuurt waar nodig betalingsherinneringen. - Je verwerkt bankmutaties en zorgt voor een sluitende kasadministratie. - Je signaleert afwijkingen en verschillen, zoekt uit waar ze vandaan komen en zorgt dat ze worden opgelost. - Je ondersteunt bij rapportages voor Sales, Aftersales en Directie, waaronder margeberekeningen per transactie en maandelijkse managementrapportages. Verkoop Zodra de klant tekent, kom jij in actie. - Je verzorgt de volledige administratieve verwerking van nieuwe en gebruikte auto's. - Je zorgt ervoor dat verkoopdossiers compleet en correct zijn. - Je plant de transporten van gebruikte auto's zorgvuldig in en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je vraagt tijdig kentekens aan, zodat auto's zonder vertraging kunnen worden afgeleverd. - Je bewaakt en verwerkt de opvolging van bonussen. - Je zorgt ervoor...
