Young Group is een facilitaire dienstverlener in vastgoed en onderwijs. We werken en denken mee met verschillende opdrachtgevers op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau over een breed scala aan onderwerpen. Zo ondersteunen we onze opdrachtgevers o.a. met het facilitair/hospitality beheer en verschillende soorten huisvestingsprojecten. Voor ons Projectmanagement team zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega met ervaring in facilitaire en huisvestingsprojecten. Wat ga je doen als Medior Projectmanager bij Young Group? Je bent (mede-)eindverantwoordelijk voor het beheren van projecten in Facilitair en Huisvesting. Samen met jouw collega's werk je aan verschillende projecten en (complexe) adviesopdrachten bij onze opdrachtgevers. Hierin adviseer je opdrachtgevers voor en bij de opstart van projecten en zet je zelfstandig projectorganisaties op voor inrichting, inhuizing en verhuizing. Je initieert, managet en beheerst de verschillende projectfases. Je maakt en beheert planningen en werkt aan huisvestingconcepten en ontwerpen. Je begeleidt het bouwproces en draagt zorg voor oplevering en afsluiting van projecten. Enkele voorbeelden van projecten zijn: - Interim adviesrol als bijv. Adviseur of Manager Huisvesting; - Projectleider inhuizing en verhuizing van complexe laborator...
