Zoek je een plek waar je kunt groeien in ervaring, kennis én zelfvertrouwen? Dan is HMC jouw plek! Wat ga je doen? HMC is een topklinisch ziekenhuis met de IC op twee locaties die elkaar versterken. Locatie Westeinde is ons bruisende stadsziekenhuis en Level 1 Traumacentrum. Hier sta je midden in de acute zorg met focus op complexe traumatologie en neurochirurgie. Locatie Antoniushove richt zich op hoog complexe zorg zoals oncologie, gastro-enterologie, thorax- en hoofdhalschirurgie. Als Medium Care verpleegkundige in opleiding op de Intensive Care werk jij in deze dynamische omgeving, waar patiënten in de meest kritieke fasen van hun ziekteproces worden behandeld. Je bent betrokken bij hoog complexe zorg zoals: • Beademde patiënten • Hemodynamische monitoring • Neurotrauma en neurologische aandoeningen Je werkt nauw samen met o.a. IC-en MC-verpleegkundigen en intensivisten. De samenwerking is laagdrempelig en multidisciplinair: iedereen brengt zijn kennis en expertise in om de beste zorg te leveren, ondersteund door nurse-driven protocollen. Als MC-verpleegkundige in opleiding leer je actief mee, observeer je scherp en ondersteun je waar mogelijk. Jij ontwikkelt je stap voor stap binnen de volle complexiteit van de zorg. Jouw ontwikkeling Bij ons leer je het vak in de praktijk. Je volgt de opleiding via het LUMC, waarbij je vanaf de start onderdeel bent van het team. Voorafgaand aan de opleiding is er een inwerkperiode waarin je meedraait op onze afdeling. De opleiding is maatwerk: we kijken naar jouw ervaring en sluiten daar het leertraject op aan.
