Wil je werken in een productieomgeving waar je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en kunt doorgroeien naar teamleider? Dan is dit jouw functie. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend machine operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele productieproces, van het wegen en mengen van de grondstoffen tot het verpakken van het eindproduct. En alles er tussenin. Je werkt met tabletteermachines, mengers en verpakkingsmachines, en zorgt voor een optimale kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je krijgt veel vrijheid binnen de werkzaamheden en kan meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen op de werkvloer. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - wegen en mengen van grondstoffen - instellen van tabletteer- en verpakkingsmachines - kleine storingen zelfstandig oplossen - zorgen voor een continue aanvoer van grondstoffen - zorgen voor een stabiele kwaliteit van het eindproduct - zorgen voor een nette werkplek - uitvoeren van standaard onderhoud aan machines - incidenteel laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met heftruck Uitgebreide ervaring is niet vereist, maar technisch inzicht en inzet om de machines te leren kennen zijn uiteraard wel nodig om deze functie te kunnen vervullen. Dus heb je geen ervaring als operator maar wil je graag leren, ook dan nodigen wij je uit om te reageren.
