Omschrijving Voor een opdrachtgever in Grootegast zijn wij op zoek naar een Eerste Monteur Kozijntechniek. In deze functie ga je samen met een collega op pad en werk je aan verschillende montageprojecten bij particuliere klanten. Jij neemt het voortouw op locatie, zorgt dat het werk netjes en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd en begeleidt de tweede monteur. Heb jij ervaring met het monteren van kozijnen, werk je graag zelfstandig en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap! Wat bieden wij? • Salaris: € 17,88 - € 24,80 bruto per uur • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de bedrijfsregeling van onze opdrachtgever • Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week • Goed uitgeruste bus van de zaak • Nieuw en professioneel gereedschap • Werkkleding van de zaak • Serieuze kans op een vast contract bij de opdrachtgever Wat ga je doen als Eerste Monteur Kozijntechniek? • Monteren en afwerken van kozijnen bij particuliere klanten. • Aansturen en begeleiden van de tweede monteur waarmee je op pad bent. • Zelfstandig uitvoeren en coördineren van verschillende montageprojecten. • Zorgen voor een nette en kwalitatief goede oplevering bij de klant. • Bewaken van de planning en voortgang van de werkzaamheden. • Oplossen van praktische en technische uitdagingen op locatie. • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de klant tijdens de werkzaamheden. Wat vragen wij? • Ervaring met het monteren van kozijnen en vergelijkbare montagewerkzaamheden. • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken. • Je kunt een collega aansturen en begeleiden tijdens het werk. • Een praktische instelling en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding. • Woonachtig in Grootegast, Leek, Marum, Zuidhorn of omgeving.
