Bij Flexim zoeken we een Office & Operations Coördinator die ervoor zorgt dat onze organisatie soepel draait. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zo'n 100 collega's, ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen en speelt een actieve rol in het verbeteren van processen, organiseren van evenementen en creëren van een prettige werkomgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag organiseer je een kennissessie of ondersteun je recruitment, de andere dag optimaliseer je een proces, regel je zaken rondom het wagenpark of zorg je dat collega's direct geholpen worden. Dankzij jouw initiatief, overzicht en organisatietalent maak je dagelijks zichtbaar verschil binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, leveranciers en externe relaties. - Je ondersteunt HR, Recruitment, Finance, Marketing, Backoffice en Wagenparkbeheer. - Je organiseert interne evenementen, kennissessies en medewerkersinitiatieven. - Je signaleert verbeterkansen en helpt processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. - Je beheert en optimaliseert administratieve processen, documentatie en SharePoint. - Je draagt bij aan een professionele, gastvrije en goed georganiseerde kantooromgeving. Wat breng jij mee? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring in een ondersteunende, coördinerende of organisatorische functie. - Een proactieve, zelfstandige en servicegerichte instelling. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatietalent. - Je ziet werk liggen, denkt mee en houdt overzicht. - Affiniteit met Microsoft 365, Teams en SharePoint.
