Aan jou de taak om van die eerste klik een persoonlijk en prettig contactmoment te maken. Als Online Sales Specialist ben jij de schakel tussen online interesse en de showroom. Je spreekt klanten via telefoon, WhatsApp, chat en e-mail, ontdekt wat ze zoeken en zorgt dat ze met vertrouwen de volgende stap zetten. Je werkt grotendeels vanuit huis en hebt één vaste dag op onze vestiging in Hengelo (Gld). Lekker flexibel, maar altijd onderdeel van een enthousiast team. Je helpt klanten niet alleen verder, je begeleidt ze in hun keuze. Highlights van jouw week - Online leads opvolgen Je behandelt offerte-, taxatie- en proefritaanvragen en zorgt dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. - Schakelen tussen verschillende kanalen Via WhatsApp, telefoon, chat en e-mail heb je de hele dag contact met klanten en ontdek je wat bij hen past. - Van online naar showroom Je plant afspraken in en zorgt voor een warme overdracht naar onze verkoopadviseurs op de juiste vestiging. - Flexibel werken Vandaag werk je samen met collega's in Hengelo (Gld), morgen draai je een shift vanuit huis. - Samen resultaten behalen Samen met het team Centrale Leadopvolging zorg je voor tevreden klanten én mooie resultaten.
