Operationeel Inkoper (Buyer) | NEVI I - Eindhoven - 40 uur - Vast Operationeel Inkoper (Buyer) | NEVI I Als operational buyer ben je werkzaam binnen de afdeling Supply Chain Management. In deze functie ligt de focus op het vervullen van de verwervingstaak binnen de gestelde levertijd, kwaliteit en prijsafspraken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Verantwoordelijk voor de tijdigheid van leveren van alle artikelen, inclusief grondstoffen en maakdelen, binnen de initieel gemaakte afspraken. Draagt zorg voor de verwerking van bestelsuggesties naar inkooporders alsmede het verwerken, administreren en archiveren van inkooporders. Verantwoordelijk voor de controle en bewaking van afspraken op logistiek en prijstechnisch gebied. Verantwoordelijk voor het verzenden van inkoopopdrachten naar toeleveranciers alsmede het bewaken en chasseren van orderbevestigingen. Draagt zorg voor het toetsen en afhandelen van knelpunten bij leveringsverschillen (aantallen) en systeemboodschappen richting leveranciers (vervroegen, vertragen en annuleren), alsmede het beoordelen en afhandelen van achterstandenlijsten en manco's. Verantwoordelijk voor het meten en bijsturen van de leveranciers performance aan de hand van een vendorrating systeem en legt tevens leveranciersdossiers aan en onderhoud deze. Verwerkt en controleert bestelsuggesties en draagt zorg voor de offerte behandeling. Begeleiden en ondersteunen, daar waar nodig is, van collega's van de afdeling Supply Chain Management. Draagt zorg voor het afhandelen van factuurverschillen conform bevoegdhedenstructuur. Wat ga je doen als Operationeel Inkoper (Buyer) | NEVI I Functie-inhoud Opleiding op MBO/HBO-niveau, commerciële techniek en/of vakgerichte opleidingen, bij voorkeur NEVI I of bereidheid deze opleiding te gaan volgen. Aantal jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een technisch/commerciële functie is een pre maar is niet perse noodzakelijk. Goede beheersing van de Engelse, Duitse taal en Neder...
