Technologische innovatie, complexe logistiek en ruim 200 betrokken professionals komen samen op Radiologie en Nucleaire Geneeskunde. Als operationeel manager zorg jij voor verbinding, structuur en resultaat in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Een uitdagende functie met zichtbare impact op patiënten, medewerkers en organisatie. Wij zoeken een verbindende operationeel manager met ervaring en/of aantoonbare affiniteit met de Radiologie en Nucleaire Geneeskunde, die structuur kan bieden in een omgeving die zich sterk en continu ontwikkelt. Je beschikt over aantoonbare coachende kwaliteiten en weet verantwoordelijkheden goed te delegeren. Daarbij stuur je op onderlinge samenhang, samenwerking en voortgang. Resultaatgerichtheid staat centraal, waarbij klantgerichtheid, sturing op begrotingen en kwaliteit vooropstaan. - werk- en denkniveau op minimaal hbo + -niveau en aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, waarbij ervaring in de gezondheidszorg en in het bijzonder binnen de diagnostiek een pré is; - goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en flexibiliteit; - volop aandacht voor de ontwikkeling en groei van teamleiders en medewerkers; deze coachende rol past bij je; - een goed ontwikkeld bewustzijn van het politieke krachtenveld binnen een ziekenhuisorganisatie, waarbij je weet hoe hierop te anticiperen; - ervaring met verandermanagement en capaciteitsmanagement/logistieke vraagstukken is een pré. Als operationeel manager geef je direct leiding aan 7 teamleiders, 3 praktijkopleiders, de adviseur kwaliteit en het PACS-team (5 collega's) van de afdeling. Onder leiding van het unitmanagement (medisch unitmanager en bedrijfskundig manager) ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle facetten van de organisatie en bedrijfsvoering van de afdeling. - De schakel tussen het RVE management en de werkvloer en samen met de teamleiders voor het dagelijks runnen van de afdeling, verdeeld over de twee locaties. - ...
