In deze functie als operator in Zaandam krijg je een mooi salaris, ploegentoeslagen én de kans om een VAPRO diploma te halen. Je werkt met moderne machines in een hecht team en hebt uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren. Over de functie Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van de moderne inpaklijn voor salades en hoemoes bij Hansel Salades B.V. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst (06:00-15:00 en 15:00-00:00) en zorgt dat de lijn vlekkeloos loopt. Je bedient, controleert en bouwt de machines om, motiveert jouw team en registreert nauwkeurig alle productie- en procesgegevens. Je let op kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne en grijpt in bij storingen of afwijkingen. Af en toe help je mee met inpakken, afvullen of stickeren van producten. Werken als operator betekent dat je veel samenwerkt, snel schakelt en alert bent op verbeteringen. De werkplek is koel (3-7 graden), dus daar moet je tegen kunnen!
