This company is known for its fresh salads and hummus, and invests in modern machinery and training courses for operators like you. As a 2-shift operator in Zaandam, you will earn a great salary, receive shift allowances and have the opportunity to obtain a VAPRO diploma. About the function As a 2-shift operator, you are responsible for keeping the modern packaging line for salads and hummus running smoothly at Hansel Salades B.V. You work in two shifts, from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00, making sure everything runs without a hitch. You operate, monitor and change over the machines, motivate your team and accurately record production and process data. You keep an eye on quality, safety and hygiene, and step in when there are malfunctions or deviations. Every now and then, you will also help pack, fill or label products. Working as an operator means collaborating a lot, switching quickly and staying alert to improvements. The workplace is cool, between 3 and 7 degrees, so you need to be comfortable with that!
